• Create custom tattoo designs from text input
• Preview designs for free before purchasing
• Download high-resolution files (PNG, JPG, PDF) with commercial license

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Our service uses a credit-based system for generating designs:

• Credits are purchased through secure payment via Stripe
• Purchased credit packs never expire and remain in your account until used. Subscription credits have a rollover cap based on your plan
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled
• All prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes

When you purchase or unlock a design, you receive:

• Personal use license for all generated designs
• Commercial license for paid downloads (tattoos, logos, merchandise)
• Non-exclusive rights - we may use similar designs for other users

You agree not to use our service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Use automated tools to mass-generate designs beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute the service itself

Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds for purchased credits or unlocked designs. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from receiving your purchased content, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.

TattooIdeasAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of TattooIdeasAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
